The Terms & Conditions set out below apply to the Services offered by Aimee Blackledge Book Coach. ‘Aimee Blackledge’ and ‘Dr Aimee Blackledge’ is Aimee Blackledge Book Coach, sole trader.
Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Aimee Blackledge Book Coach, referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ in these Terms & Conditions, provides Services to you, as the Client. The Client is the purchaser of one-to-one coaching sessions, coaching programmes, developmental editing, online events, or digital products, referred to as ‘Services’.
These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound, and which cannot be waived by contract.

PAYMENT
1. In using our Website, Services or when making any Payment in relation to our Services, you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The terms cannot be varied and in proceeding to make your purchase you will be deemed to have accepted the terms.
2. All payments made for our Services are made via our Website using Stripe (acct_1EPrtcLIKBLhc0bi) and Go Cardless. Payment made in relation to our Services warrants that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Stripe and/or Go Cardless terms and conditions which are available on their respective websites.
3. The cost of Services, referred to as Fee and/or Fees, can be paid in full or paid in instalments. Where the option is given to you, you may make payments of Fees by way of:

You acknowledge and agree that where a request for the payment of the Fee is returned or denied, for whatever reason, by your financial institution or is unpaid by you for any other reason, then you are liable for any costs, including banking fees and charges, associated with the Fee. This also includes costs related to currency exchange rates. Your access to the Services may also be terminated.
5. All Fees and monetary amounts stated on our Website and in these Terms & Conditions are in GBP and do not include Value Added Tax. Any Value Added Tax required will be charged to the Client in addition to Payment. Aimee Blackledge Book Coach is not currently registered for VAT.
6. Aimee Blackledge Book Coach will be responsible for all income tax liabilities, National Insurance or similar contributions relating to the receipt of Payment and she will indemnify the Client with respect to any such payments required.
PAYMENT TERMS
7. If paying by instalment, payment will be taken automatically each month via direct debit, credit card or from the account you choose when you purchase our SERVICES. Please note, there are no joining or set-up fees.
8. The additional sums attached to the payment by instalment options do not represent a penalty credit sum but reflect the cost for the administrative time that Aimee Blackledge Book Coach is required to pay for the additional steps taken to manage payments by instalment.
9. In accepting these Terms & Conditions the Client is confirming to pay the entire programme Fee when payment by instalment is sought. There will not be a refund, discount, or option for part-payment of services if the Client decides not to proceed with using Services.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Within 14 days of Purchase
10. In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 working days from the date of purchasing our Services.
11. Should you wish to cancel within the first 14 days, refund requests should be made in writing via our Refund Request form and a full refund will be provided within 14 working days from receipt of any valid request. Please note, there are no associated termination fees.
12. In the event that one or more Sessions have already taken place within the first 14 days following the purchase of our Services, you are still entitled to request a refund but the value of any delivered Session and/or Support Materials shall be deducted from the amount paid by you, along with any reasonable costs which have been borne by us in respect of the administrative costs of commencing the programme. The value of any sessions which have been provided will be determined pro rata.
13. Requests for refunds must be made in writing via the Refund Request form within the defined refund period as listed above.
14. If you receive your money back you must delete every copy of the Service emails and Support Materials that you have downloaded as well as copies you have placed on other devices or media.
15. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your money within two weeks of notice to us.
16. Your refund will be paid in the currency in which it was received by us. If you paid in a currency other than Euros, you may be liable for the costs of exchange.
17. Aimee Blackledge Book Coach reserves all rights to cancel Services for any reason without prior notice. In such circumstances, if the cancellation occurs part way through a month when you are on a payment plan, then any balance outstanding shall be refunded pro-rata.
After 14 Days
18. Purchasing our Services indicates the Client’s commitment to participate in the coaching process and follow through to its intended conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. Cancellations and refunds will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Aimee Blackledge. We ask that Clients be committed and faithful to their commitment, and we commit to offering empathy when needed.
19. If a Client’s request for cancellation is approved and they are entitled to a refund, the pro-rata amount due will be confirmed after receiving a cancellation request. Please note, there are no associated termination fees.
20. No refunds are available for online events or digital products. Purchase of both digital products and online events includes downloadable materials and replays. No refunds are available if the Client changes their mind about their purchase.
SERVICE DELIVERY
21. Sessions refer to the following Services: Book Planning Sessions, One-to-One Sessions, Accountability & Action Planning Sessions, Writing Sprints and Writing Retreats and any meetings associated with Editing Services.
22. All Sessions, unless otherwise agreed, take place online, are usually 60 minutes in duration via Google Meet or Zoom and are led and hosted by Aimee Blackledge. Sessions are booked via the following Booking Page by the Client and are arranged with no less than 48-hour notice.
SUPPORT MATERIALS
23. Services are designed to support writers with practical and mindset support to plan, write and revise their books. Shortly after making a purchase, you will be sent a Welcome Email which includes downloads and links to resources to support your programme journey.
24. Support Materials are structured to support you in finding clarity on your ideas, researching your ideal readers, and competitive titles and developing a marketing plan. Some of the Support Materials have a coaching focus, while others provide a ‘how-to’ approach with guidance.
BOOKING
25. By booking you are indicating that you have read and agree to Aimee Blackledge’s Terms & Conditions.
26. Bookings are made via our website and our Google Calendar appointment scheduling Booking Page. Bookings are not deemed accepted until we have received payment, an appointment has been booked online and we have issued a confirmation.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
27. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Aimee Blackledge at info@aimeeblackledge.com, 14 days prior to any Session or Online Event.
28. Aimee Blackledge will let the Clients know as soon as they can if, through no fault of the attendees, Aimee Blackledge is forced to significantly alter or cancel a One-to-One Coaching Session. In these circumstances, the attendee can choose one of the following options.
a.) Accept Aimee Blackledge’s offer to reschedule, or
b.) Request Aimee Blackledge provides a refund of the Fees the Client has paid
WRITE YOUR BOOK MONTHLY ONE-TO-ONE COACHING SESSIONS
29. When Clients apply to book a Monthly One-to-One Coaching Session, they will be asked to supply a sample of their writing and complete a short survey about their writing goals to ensure the outcome of the weekly Sessions are clearly defined. When they book their initial coaching session, payment will be taken immediately. Clients will then have access to Aimee Blackledge’s calendar to book at a convenient date and time no sooner than 24 hours after purchase. Clients will also receive Support Materials with preparation exercises that Clients must complete prior to the Session date. If Clients do not complete the preparatory exercises, Aimee Blackledge cannot guarantee the Client will achieve the goals established for the Session.
30. If Clients cancel their booking 14 days prior to the One-t0-One Coaching Session date, they can cancel and reschedule using our Booking Page.
31. We understand that sometimes things may happen that prevent Clients from giving notice 14 days prior to the Session date. For occasional incidents, it’s not usually a problem. For cancellation and rescheduling within 14 days of your scheduled Session date, Clients should contact Aimee Blackledge at info@aimeeblackledge.com. If the Client subsequently cancels the appointment that has been rescheduled, Aimee Blackledge will retain the money paid. The Client can only reschedule another Session booking once (i.e., multiple rescheduling is not permitted). This does not apply to Clients who purchased a Coaching Programme.
32. If the Client misses the deadline for submitting their written work prior to their booked One-to-One Coaching Session date, then they forfeit their One-to-One Coaching Session booking. The Client can reschedule their Session date and the associated deadline for written work but will need to wait until a subsequent month, capacity permitting. Aimee Blackledge cannot guarantee that Clients will be able to reschedule in the month immediately following their missed deadline. If a Client misses the rescheduled deadline, then they forfeit their One-to-One Coaching Session booking and no refund will be offered.
33. After the One-to-One Coaching Session, the Client will be sent a recording of their Session together with links to any relevant materials Aimee Blackledge considers helpful in order to implement what has been discussed during the Session. At all times the intellectual property rights, including copyright, connected with those materials remain with Aimee Blackledge Book Coach. You have the right to use the learning materials as learning tools. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share the materials with third parties. Should you wish to utilise any materials for future commercial use please contact Aimee Blackledge to discuss terms of use.
PLAN YOUR BOOK SESSIONS
34. When Clients purchase and book a Plan Your Book Session, payment will be taken immediately. Clients will then have access to Aimee Blackledge’s calendar to book at a convenient date and time no sooner than 24 hours after purchase. Clients will be asked to complete a survey about their book idea and goals to ensure the outcome of the Session is clearly defined. Clients will also receive Support Materials with preparation exercises that Clients must complete prior to the Session date. If Clients do not complete the preparatory exercises, Aimee Blackledge cannot guarantee the Client will achieve the goals established for the Session.
35. If the Client requires to move their Session booking, they can do so using our Google Calendar appointment scheduling Booking Page, up to 48 hours before their Session date. This can be done at no additional cost and no further correspondence with Aimee Blackledge is necessary.
36. We understand that sometimes things may happen that prevent Clients from giving notice 48 hours prior to the Session date. For occasional incidents, it’s not usually a problem. For cancellation and rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled Session date, Clients should contact Aimee Blackledge at info@aimeeblackledge.com. If the Client subsequently cancels the appointment that has been rescheduled, Aimee Blackledge will retain the money paid. The Client can only reschedule another Session booking once (i.e., multiple rescheduling is not permitted). This does not apply to Clients who purchased a Coaching Programme.
37. Book Planning Sessions provide strategic support and guidance on planning a book. The aim of a Session is to provide clear strategic direction via methods which are simple to implement and allow writers to take action confidently.
38. After the Book Planning Session, the Client will be sent a recording of their Session together with links to any relevant materials Aimee Blackledge considers helpful in order to implement what has been discussed during the Session. At all times the intellectual property rights, including copyright, connected with those materials remain with Aimee Blackledge Book Coach. You have the right to use the learning materials as learning tools. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share the materials with third parties. Should you wish to utilise any materials for future commercial use please contact Aimee Blackledge to discuss terms of use.
EDIT YOUR BOOK
39. This service provides three rounds of developmental editing of a single manuscript. Aimee Blackledge provides developmental editing suggestions via an editorial report and annotated track changes and comments in the manuscript document itself. Aimee will not correct the manuscript itself or decide whether to implement her suggested changes. Those decisions are left up to the author.
40. After a Client applies to Edit Your Book Service, they will be asked to submit 3 sample chapters of their manuscript and answer a survey with questions about their goals and concerns, and the overall word count of their manuscript. When submitting your manuscript, Aimee considers the following to determine the Fee:

0.030 per word for major developmental editing
0.020 per word for regular developmental editing
41. After Clients submit their manuscript sample chapters, Aimee will provide access to Aimee Blackledge’s calendar to book a Consultation Session at a convenient date and time, no sooner than 48 hours. All consultations are subject to availability. During the Consultation Session, Aimee will provide an overview of the developmental editing process, her Fee and her availability for deadlines. The Client will be able to ask questions during the Consultation Session.
42. Following the Consultation Session, Clients will receive a follow-up email confirming the Fee quoted and the agreed deadlines. If the Client elects to proceed, they will be asked to sign and return a contract for Services and pay 50% of the quoted Fee using a link to payment options included in the follow-up email.
43. Upon payment, Clients will be invited to submit their full manuscript. They will also be invited by Aimee to arrange and book an Editorial Session to take place after she completes three rounds of edits of the full manuscript.
FIRST ROUND OF EDITS
44. The first round of edits identifies any major issues that need urgent attention.
SECOND ROUND OF EDITS
45. The second round of edits focuses on the specifics by addressing and refining the content, structure, clarity, tone, and flow. For fiction works, this round also includes a deeper analysis of the story, plot, character, point of view, setting and world-building, scene and narrative summary, and genre conventions.
THIRD ROUND OF EDITS
46. The third round of edits focuses on preparing an Editorial Report. An editorial report is a summary of the major strengths and weaknesses of a manuscript with suggestions for improvement. This helps Clients gain objective, professional advice that helps Clients revise their manuscripts. The report includes:
47. Once the third round of editing is complete, Aimee will send an email with a link to payment options for Clients to pay the remainder of the 50% Fee as an outstanding balance.
48. Once the Fee has been paid, the Editorial Session will proceed. During the session, Aimee will make the editorial report and annotated manuscript available to the Client.
49. During the Editorial Session Aimee will go over the report and any areas of the manuscript that is relevant to discussions using screen sharing. Clients can ask questions and clarify editorial suggestions. There will also be time to devise an action plan for revising the manuscript.
50. After the Editorial Session, the Client will be sent a recording of their Session together with links to any relevant materials Aimee Blackledge considers helpful in order to implement what has been discussed during the Session. At all times the intellectual property rights, including copyright, connected with those materials remain with Aimee Blackledge Book Coach. You have the right to use the learning materials as learning tools. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share the materials with third parties. Should you wish to utilise any materials for future commercial use please contact Aimee Blackledge to discuss terms of use.
51. If the Client has follow-up questions regarding the suggestions outlined in the report or annotations, they can email Aimee directly and will receive a response within two weeks, availability permitting.
COACHING PROGRAMMES
52. When Clients apply to Coaching Programmes, they will be asked to supply a sample of their writing and complete a survey about their writing goals to ensure the outcome of the Sessions are clearly defined. When they book their initial coaching session, payment will be taken immediately. Clients will then have access to Aimee Blackledge’s calendar to book at a convenient date and time no sooner than 24 hours after purchase. Clients will also receive Support Materials with preparation exercises that Clients must complete prior to the Session date. If Clients do not complete the preparatory exercises, Aimee Blackledge cannot guarantee the Client will achieve the goals established for the Session.
53. The Steady, Ready and Intensive Coaching Programmes provide strategic support and guidance to help you plan, write and edit your book. The aim of each Coaching Programme is to provide accountability and clear direction via methods which are simple to implement and allow writers to take action confidently. The duration of the programme is six months. Each month there will be a set number of Sessions led by Aimee Blackledge, based on the frequency of Services purchased by the Client. The frequency is usually either on a monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly basis.
54. Coaching Programmes have six core pillars around which the coaching and resources have been created. These include: gaining clarity, planning your book, developing mindsets and habits, taking consistent action, reflecting and revising and implementing your publishing plan.

BOOK PLANNING SESSION
56. This Service provides a series of Support Materials, emails, and a two-hour one-to-one online Session where Clients plan their books. Support Materials provide preparatory exercises that prepare Clients for the two-hour session. Book Planning Sessions are arranged during the initial One-to-One Coaching Session. If Clients are unable to make their allocated appointment and need to cancel and reschedule, they can do so using our Booking Page, provided that it is 14 days prior to the Session date. ONE-TO-ONE COACHING SESSIONS
57. One-to-One Coaching Sessions provide a structured environment in which to assess and plan goals and actions or provide the opportunity to ask questions and receive live support. Each One-to-One Coaching Session is focused on a theme to help the Client progress with planning, writing and editing their book. A schedule for One-to-One Coaching Sessions is agreed upon during the initial One-to-One Coaching Session. If Clients are unable to make their allocated appointment and need to cancel and reschedule, they can do so using our Booking Page, provided that it is 14 days prior to the Session date. We understand that sometimes things may happen that prevent Clients from giving notice within this period, for occasional incidents, it’s not usually a problem, but if this happens repeatedly, we will request an admin fee to reschedule your appointment. For cancellation and rescheduling within 14 days of your scheduled Session date, Clients should contact Aimee Blackledge at info@aimeeblackledge.com.
EDITORIAL REVIEWS
58. This Service provides one round of developmental editing of an agreed number of words from a Client’s work in progress. In advance of One-to-One Coaching Sessions, Clients are asked to submit a specific number of words by an agreed date to facilitate editorial reviews (usually by 08:00 Monday of the week of their scheduled One-to-One Coaching Session). The word count and submission schedule are agreed upon during the initial One-to-One Coaching Session. If a Client misses the deadline, we are unable to provide an editorial review of their work until the next allotted Editorial Review, no substitutes, transfers or rescheduling is available for Editorial Reviews. All submissions should be uploaded using a shared Dropbox folder which contains subfolders for each submission deadline. A link to the shared Dropbox folder is provided in the Welcome Email.
ACCOUNTABILITY & ACTION PLANNING SESSIONS
59. This Service provides regular one-hour online sessions where Clients report on their progress, set and review their goals, discuss any obstacles, devise ways to overcome them and commit and make plans to take action in the coming period. A schedule for Accountability & Action Planning Sessions is agreed upon during the initial One-to-One Coaching Session. If Clients are unable to make their allocated appointment and need to cancel and reschedule, they can do so using our Booking Page, provided that it is 14 days prior to the Session date. We understand that sometimes things may happen that prevent Clients from giving notice within this period, for occasional incidents, it’s not usually a problem, but if this happens repeatedly, we will request an admin fee to reschedule your appointment. For cancellation and rescheduling within 14 days of your scheduled Session date, Clients should contact Aimee Blackledge at info@aimeeblackledge.com.
WRITING SPRINTS
56. This Service provides a two-hour online facilitated writing sprint. Writing Sprints are offered on a regular basis. If a Client is unable to attend a Writing Sprint, they can transfer their place to another Writing Sprint offered during the same month. Writing Sprints are an opportunity for Clients to focus on writing in short bursts of time. Each Writing Sprint provides three mini-sprints with scheduled breaks. The first is 20 minutes, followed by two 40-minute sprints with a reflective review at the end of the session.
WRITING WARM-UPS
60. This Service provides writing prompts to develop writing craft skills. Writing Warm-Ups are delivered via email at frequencies in accordance with the selected Coaching Programme purchased by the Client.
WRITING RETREATS
61. This Service provides a two-day online facilitated writing retreat that lasts between 6 and 8 hours. Writing Retreats are offered on a regular basis. If a Client is unable to attend a Writing Retreat, they can transfer their place to another Writing Retreat offered during the same month. Run over weekdays and weekends they are meant to help Clients achieve their writing goals in a two-day period of dedicated time.
MARKETING PLAN REVIEW
62. This Service provides two rounds of brainstorming and reviewing a market plan. It includes a one-hour Session to discuss goals and areas of concern, and an additional one-hour Session to devise an action plan for implementing your marking plan and building your platform.
FULL MANUSCRIPT EVALUATION
63. This Service provides two rounds of manuscript evaluation of a completed manuscript. It includes an editorial report and track change comments. It also includes a one-hour Session to discuss goals and areas of concern and an additional one-hour Session to discuss the proposed editorial report and devise an action plan for revising the manuscript. Manuscript evaluations take one month to complete from the date of delivery, which often extends beyond the 6-month period of the programme.
QUERY LETTER REVIEW
64. This Service provides two rounds of developmental editing of a query letter. It includes a one-hour Session to discuss goals and areas of concern, and an additional one-hour Session to discuss the proposed edits and devise an action plan for the query letter.
BOOK PROPOSAL REVIEW
65. This Service provides two rounds of developmental editing of a non-fiction book proposal. It includes a one-hour Session to discuss goals and areas of concern, and an additional one-hour Session to discuss the proposed edits and devise an action plan for revising the book proposal.
CONACT & SUPPORT
66. It is the intention that Services will continue to run indefinitely. From time to time, such as during Bank Holidays or seasonal holiday periods, the sessions may vary or the timetable may alter.
67. Should you have any questions the most prompt and effective way to gain support will be to email Aimee Blackledge at info@aimeeblackledge.com. We are available by email on weekdays between 9 am and 4 pm (subject to holiday periods). Aimee Blackledge or someone from the Aimee Blackledge Book Coach team will respond to any requests for support made by email as soon as possible and within 48 hours of any requests made during the availability hours stated.
BEHAVIOUR
68. It is always requested that your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate, Aimee Blackledge reserves the right to remove you from Services with immediate effect. Please consult our Online Working Policy for further details.
PRIVACY, CONFIDENTIALITY
69. Your privacy and the protection of your personal data is important to us. Your personal data is protected as set out in our Privacy Policy.
70. Sessions are hosted on Google Meet or Zoom and will have access to your personal data such as your name and email address and any other personal information you supply. Please consult Google Meet’s Privacy Policy and Zoom’s Privacy Policy for further details.
71. During Online Events, you may have access to confidential information, in particular the business and/or personal affairs of other Clients. In accepting these terms, you agree that you will not use or disclose to any person, organisation or company, and shall use your best endeavours to prevent the publication of, any information which could be considered confidential, relating to any other Client which is disclosed in the delivery of Services.
72. You accept that any unauthorised disclosure of personal or confidential information belonging to another may amount to immediate dismissal from Services. You also accept that Aimee Blackledge Book Coach cannot be held responsible for any disclosure by any other member to a third party.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
73. During the delivery of Services, you will be provided with Support Materials. At all times the intellectual property rights, including copyright, connected with those materials remain with Aimee Blackledge Book Coach. You have the right to use the Support Materials as learning tools by way of a licence for the period you are a Client. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share the Support Material with third parties. Should you wish to utilise any materials for future commercial use please contact Aimee Blackledge to discuss terms of use.
74. During the delivery of Services, you will produce writing in which you retain the full copyright. For further details, please Copyright Notice.
75. All intellectual property and related material, including any trade secrets, moral rights, relevant registrations or applications for registration, and rights in any patents, copyright, trade mark, trade dress, industrial design and trade name (the ‘Intellectual Property’) that is developed or produced under these Terms & Conditions, will be the sole property of the Client. The use of the Intellectual Property by the Client will not be restricted in any manner.
76. If a client would like to arrange a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to purchasing Services, they can contact Aimee Blackledge at info@aimeeblackledge.com, who will make appropriate arrangements.
RETURN OF PROPERTY
77. Upon the completion of Services, Aimee Blackledge will return to the Client any property, documentation, records, or confidential information which is the property of the Client.
TRADEMARKS
78. Trade marks used by Aimee Blackledge belong to their respective owners. You must not use any trademark displayed on the website, emails, or support materials without the express written permission of Dr Aimee Blackledge.
GENERAL
79. We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the Services that we provide to Clients. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
80. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Wherever possible, changes will be notified to you at least 7 days in advance.
81. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
82. These Terms are governed by UK Law. The Courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of the terms of this membership.
GUARANTEES
83. Aimee Blackledge makes no guarantees or claims as to the success of any Client of one-to-one coaching products, coaching programmes, developmental editing, online events, or digital products. This includes but is not limited to, any guarantee that Clients will secure publishing contracts, agents, sales, or any other opportunities associated with writing a book. MARKETING
84. Aimee Blackledge retains all copyright licence rights and sole exclusive ownership of the information, photographs and material displayed on its website. The material may not be modified, copied or used in any other way.
85. Each Client hereby authorises and grants Aimee Blackledge a royalty-free limited perpetual right to publish on any Aimee Blackledge website(s) and marketing material any photographs and videos with his/her image, including book covers and related book promotional materials, blurb quotations, and testimonials. In addition, the Client grants us a royalty-free limited perpetual right to publish on any Aimee Blackledge website(s) and marketing material any photographs and videos which you take or create and provide to us.
86. Image Release: In securing our Services outlined in this Terms & Conditions, you grant permission to Aimee Blackledge Book Coach, its agents and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing your image/likeness. You understand these images may be used for promotional, news, online/multimedia, research and/or educational purposes by and for Aimee Blackledge Book Coach. You agree that you are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment in respect of your image/likeness or its use. You release, discharge, and hold harmless, Aimee Blackledge Book Coach and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that you may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video. If you do not agree to the above image release, you must advise Aimee Blackledge Book Coach by email as soon as possible at info@aimeeblackledge.com. This will not affect your Intellectual Property and/or copyright.
COMPLAINTS
87. If you have a complaint about any Services this should be made to made in writing to info@aimeeblackledge.com.
88. If the Client has any complaint about the quality of the online session, they must make it known at the earliest opportunity to the host who will normally be able to take appropriate action. If the Client is not satisfied with their response and the Client feels their enjoyment of the session is likely to be significantly affected, they should notify Aimee Blackledge by email, and she will do her best to resolve the problem.
RIGHT OF SUBSTITUTION
89. Except as otherwise provided in these Terms & Conditions, Aimee Blackledge may, at her absolute discretion, engage a third-party sub-contractor to perform some or all the obligations established under these Terms & Conditions.
90. In the event Aimee Blackledge hires any third parties to assist with the provision of Services, Aimee Blackledge Book Coach will pay the sub-contractor for their services. However, Payment of Fees will remain payable by the Client to Aimee Blackledge Book Coach.
INDEMNIFICATION
91. Except to the extent paid in settlement from any applicable insurance policies, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, Aimee Blackledge, Aimee Blackledge Book Coach and the Client (referred to as Party) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party, and its respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever, which result from or arise out of any act or omission of the indemnifying party, its respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns that occur in connection with these Terms & Conditions. This indemnification will survive the termination of Services.
LAW
92. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any conflict arises between the terms and conditions of this agreement/contract and the law of England and Wales, then the law of England and Wales shall prevail.
